You can also stop by our offices and visit our library to read the latest publications on transportation, air quality and other regional issues. The library is located on the first floor of H-GAC's offices and is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. H-GAC's offices are located at 3555 Timmons, Houston, Texas 77027.

The Houston-Galveston Area Council is located in the Greenway Plaza area, southwest of downtown Houston.

• From downtown, take US 59 South to the Weslayan/Edloe exit. Pass the Compaq Center, turn right on Timmons Lane and cross Richmond.
• From the west, take US 59 North to the Weslayan exit. Turn right on Richmond and left on Timmons Lane.

H-GAC is in the Three555 Timmons Building, a 15-story black glass structure. Free parking is available in the rear garage, in the visitor area and on levels 4 and 5.. METRO bus routes stopping at Richmond & Timmons include 25, 53, 73, 78 (westbound on Richmond only), 283, and 286. Bicycle racks are also available near the entrance of the rear garage.
